The Committee of Insurance, Securities and Non-Banking Financial Authorities (CISNA) warmly invites your esteemed institution to participate in the Fourth Edition of the Annual Capacity Building Programme for Board Members of CISNA Member Authorities.

This year’s programme will be held from 8 to 10 September 2026 at a serene and inspiring venue in the heart of Mauritius. The programme is designed to provide Board Members with a dynamic platform to reflect, engage and collaborate on the evolving landscape of the SADC financial sector and collectively consider the opportunities and challenges that will shape its future.

Building on the success of previous editions, this year’s programme will explore a range of emerging and strategic issues that are increasingly relevant to financial sector regulators and their governing Boards, including:

The Annual Capacity Building Programme is more than a learning experience. It represents a unique opportunity for Board Members from across the SADC region to connect, exchange perspectives, share experiences and foster meaningful partnerships.

Through open dialogue and peer-to-peer engagement, the programme seeks to strengthen collective regulatory capacity, enhance Board effectiveness and support CISNA Member Authorities in navigating an increasingly complex, interconnected and rapidly evolving financial landscape.
