CISNA Training Needs Survey 2023

ALL CISNA MEMBERS 
CISNA is carrying a Training Needs Survey to gauge the needs of Member Authorities in terms of capacity building that may be provided through (1) CISNA and (2) by Member Authorities opening their planned capacity building programmes to CISNA Members.
 
The objectives are as follows:
•     To understand the importance of capacity building for Member Authorities
•     To understand the training policies of Member Authorities
•     The training types /topics in 2023 and that planned for 2024
•     Whether members are aware of the capacity building initiatives of CISNA
•     What topics / training Members would like CISNA to organize
•     Whether training organized by Member Authorities can be opened to other CISNA Members

The outcome of the survey will be used to determine the topics of the webinars and content for capacity building initiatives for the year 2024. Members are requested to contact the CISNA Secretariat for further information.

The Committee of Insurance, Securities and Non-Banking Financial Authorities (CISNA) was established in 1998, pursuant to Annexure 10 of the SADC Protocol on Finance and Investment as a committee of authorities responsible for the supervision of insurance, securities, and non-banking financial institutions (NBFI) in SADC Member States. CISNA is part of the Directorate of Finance, Investment and Customs of the SADC Secretariat and reports to the SADC Committee of Ministers of Finance and Investment through the Committee of Senior Treasury Officials.
